Happy Seasons, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 59-61 Faulkner Street, Manchester was given the score after assessment on October 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Manchester's 1,563 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 1,054 (67%) have ratings of five and just 10 have zero ratings.
