Manchester Art Gallery, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Mosley Street, Manchester was given the score after assessment on July 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Manchester's 1,345 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 887 (66%) have ratings of five and just eight have zero ratings.
