A Manchester restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Manchester restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Yuzu, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 39 Faulkner Street, Manchester was given the score after assessment on December 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Manchester's 1,540 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 1,037 (67%) have ratings of five and just seven have zero ratings.
