HQ Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 317 Wilmslow Road, Manchester was given the score after assessment on June 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Manchester's 1,471 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 1,001 (68%) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
