My Karak Chai, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Unit 1, 570-572 Stockport Road, Manchester was given the score after assessment on October 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Manchester's 1,341 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 893 (67%) have ratings of five and just eight have zero ratings.
