Spicy City Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at First Floor And Second Floor, 56 Faulkner Street, Manchester was given the maximum score after assessment on July 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Manchester's 1,487 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 1,015 (68%) have ratings of five and just six have zero ratings.
