The Lux Lounge, a pub, bar or nightclub at 380 Barlow Moor Road, Manchester was given the score after assessment on September 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Manchester's 327 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 245 (75%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
