Good news as food hygiene ratings awarded to two Manchester takeaways

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Manchester’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Manchester’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

Subway, at K7 Food Chain Arndale Centre, Market Street, Manchester was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 30.

And Subway, at 892 Stockport Road, Manchester was also given a score of five on November 30.

It means that of Manchester's 615 takeaways with ratings, 228 (37%) have ratings of five and just eight have zero ratings.
