New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Manchester’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Manchester’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Burger Ranch also T/as Chicken Ranch Fusion, at 469a Princess Road, Manchester was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 15.

And New Peking Garden, at 232 Moston Lane, Manchester was given a score of zero on January 27.

It means that of Manchester's 631 takeaways with ratings, 232 (37%) have ratings of five and just nine have zero ratings.
