Food hygiene ratings given to three Manchester restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to three of Manchester’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

• Rated 4: The Spärrows at Arch 16, Red Bank, Manchester; rated on January 28

• Rated 3: Shogun Ramen And Bar at 55 Manchester Road, Chorlton, Manchester; rated on January 20

• Rated 1: Evoden at 93-95 Beech Road, Manchester; rated on January 20

It means that of Manchester's 1,539 similar establishments with ratings, 1,036 (67%) have ratings of five and just seven have zero ratings.
