Couple of care services told to improve in Manchester
A pair of social care services have been given negative ratings in Manchester.
The Care Quality Commission gives ratings to care providers and other organisations across England. It rates how well the service is performing against various criteria – with overall rankings ranging from 'outstanding' to 'inadequate'.

Hide AdThe latest batch of ratings from the CQC show two providers have been rated in Manchester in October.
A care home, Zeno Limited, was told it 'requires improvement' on October 21. The home was last inspected on August 4.
Having been inspected on September 12, Premier Care Limited - Trafford & Manchester Homecare Branch – another care provider – was also judged as needing improvement. The rating was published on October 25.
A 'requires improvement' rating means a service is not performing as well as it should, and will be given information by the CQC on how to improve.
