New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bury’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bury’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The Friary, at 3 Holcombe Brook Shopping Cent, Longsight Road, Ramsbottom, Greater Manchester was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on August 15.

And Kenny's Kitchen, at 328 Tottington Road, Bury was given a score of one on August 15.

It means that of Bury's 223 takeaways with ratings, 145 (65%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
