A Bury takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Peri Peri chicken Shaq, a takeaway at Rothwell House, 150-156 Heywood Street, Bury was given the score after assessment on February 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Bury's 224 takeaways with ratings, 146 (65%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
