Tito's Asian Grill, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 453 Bury New Road, Prestwich, Manchester was given the score after assessment on June 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bury's 313 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 255 (81%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
