New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bolton’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

K's Hot Chicken, at Chorley New Road, Horwich, Bolton was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 20.

And Bill & Coo Ltd, at 2-4 The Hillock, Longsight, Bolton was given a score of two on April 20.

It means that of Bolton's 370 takeaways with ratings, 141 (38%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
