Food hygiene ratings given to two Bolton takeaways

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bolton’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Charlies Fish & Chips, at 149 Bolton Road, Westhoughton, Bolton was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 12.

And Desi House, at 264-266 Halliwell Road, Bolton was given a score of three on July 12.

It means that of Bolton's 384 takeaways with ratings, 123 (32%) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
