• Rated 4: Lever Street Cafe at Grecian Mills, Lever Street, Bolton; rated on August 17

• Rated 1: zamzam pizza and grill at 270 Deane Road, Bolton; rated on August 17

It means that of Bolton's 435 similar establishments with ratings, 243 (56%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
