A Bolton takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Sanshan Chinese takeaway, a takeaway at 278 Chorley Old Road, Bolton was given the score after assessment on February 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Bolton's 387 takeaways with ratings, 136 (35%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
