Westhoughton Tandori, a takeaway at 97 Market Street, Westhoughton, Bolton was given the score after assessment on September 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bolton's 396 takeaways with ratings, 124 (31%) have ratings of five and just six have zero ratings.
