RF Patisserie, a takeaway at 190 Halliwell Road, Bolton was given the score after assessment on August 25, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bolton's 395 takeaways with ratings, 124 (31%) have ratings of five and just six have zero ratings.
