Wingville, a takeaway at 55 Market Street, Farnworth, Bolton was given the score after assessment on August 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bolton's 395 takeaways with ratings, 125 (32%) have ratings of five and just six have zero ratings.
