Cakeaway Cafe, a takeaway at 6 White Lion Brow, Bolton was given the score after assessment on July 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bolton's 385 takeaways with ratings, 123 (32%) have ratings of five and just six have zero ratings.
