Bolton restaurant handed new food hygiene rating

A Bolton restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Tobiko, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 98 Derby Street, Bolton was given the score after assessment on November 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Bolton's 406 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 207 (51%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
