A Bolton restaurant has been handed a new zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Rocco's Italian Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 3-5 Chorley New Road, Horwich, Bolton was given the minimum score after assessment on May 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Bolton's 434 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 224 (52%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
