A Bolton restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Dutch Fishmen, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 442 Blackburn Road, Bolton was given the score after assessment on April 18, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Bolton's 431 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 242 (56%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
