Babylon Diner Ltd, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 135 Deane Road, Bolton, Rumworth was given the score after assessment on August 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bolton's 444 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 242 (55%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
