A Bolton restaurant has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Bolton restaurant has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Sai Spice, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 17 Eagley Brook Way, Bolton was given the score after assessment on October 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Bolton's 393 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 196 (50%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
