Weekly car boot sales in and around Greater Manchester- entry cost and opening times

Car boot sales are a great way to clear out unwanted items you no longer need, or to find a bargain. In Manchester, you’ll not be short of locations where car boots take place- often on a weekly basis.

Bowlee Car Boot Sale

Address: Bowlee Community Park, Heywood Old Road, Middleton, Manchester M24 4SB

Cost: £2.50 for sellers, free for buyers

Opening times: Sundays 6am–1.30pm, opens at 7am for buyers (Also to be held on Bank Holiday Monday May 29)

City Airport Car Boot Sale

Address: City Airport, Liverpool Road, Eccles, Manchester, Greater Manchester, M30 7SA

Cost: Sellers are £12 for cars or £16 for vans

Smithfield Market

Address: Whitworth Street East, Off Ashton Old Road, Openshaw, M11 2WJ

Cost: shopper on sight parking is £2.50 or £1.50 for blue badge holders.

Opening times: Sundays- 7am-2pm with last buyer entry at 1.30pm
