Adapted by Liv Hennessy and Directed by Lisa Spirling, the verbatim production allows the audience to see directly in the words of both Vardy and Rooney how the extraordinary week in court played out. To add to the play’s sense of realism, the script has been converted and adapted from seven days’ worth of high court transcripts.

The sensational script will be performed by West End star, Lucy May Barker as Rebekah Vardy, and Laura Dos Santos as Coleen Rooney, wife of former Manchester United icon Wayne.

The production of the infamous court case became an immediate success after its sell-out West End debut at the Wyndham’s Theatre in London in November 2022.

The play has since received a four-star rating from The Times, Evening Standard, and the Daily Mail, who described the performance as “just brilliant”.
