The Masked Singer was a show first introduced to the UK in 2020.

The aim of the show is to correctly guess who the celebrity behind the mask is.

It features a number of celebrities who perform songs every week on the show, and each week drop hints as to who they are, whilst speaking to the camera in a heavily edited voice, to conceal their identity.

Some celebrities in the past have included Jason Manford, Teddy Sheringham, Michael Owen, Will Young and more.

When a celebrity is voted off - the judges are given one last chance to guess who it is, before chanting ‘take it off’ as the celebrities start to take their elaborate masks off.
