Not had your fill of cricket after the Ashes? Don't worry- there is plenty more to come this summer

The cricketing summer has been packed so far with both the Men’s and Women’s Ashes dominating the headlines for weeks. On top of this, the Vitality Blast T20 tournament reached a dramatic conclusion earlier this month and the LV County Championship continues to produce magic moments.

Fortunately for cricket fans out there, the cricket is far from done. Starting on August 1 is The Hundred, the sport's newest tournament.

The eight sides from the first two years of the tournament return in 2023- including Manchester Originals. Their men’s and women’s sides will be battling it out against the likes of the Trent Rockets and London Spirit in a month packed with action.

The first match day of the 2023 season sees the Trent Rockets play the Southern Brave in Nottingham. This, like every match day this season, will be a double header of the women’s and then the men’s teams.

Manchester Original home games in The Hundred

  • August 5- London Spirit
  • August 7- Birmingham Phoenix
  • August 20- Northern Superchargers
  • August 23- Southern Brave

How to get tickets to Manchester Original home games
