The biggest night of American sport is back and there's plenty of places to catch it in Manchester.

The Superbowl is the pinnacle of sport in America, with hundreds of millions tuning in around the world. As a sport the NFL and American football has generated a growing fanbase here in the UK, and the Superbowl is a showpiece event on both sides of the Atlantic.

The event is played in a different American city each year, with Las Vegas being the chosen host for 2024. The meeting between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers will get underway at 11.30pm UK time on Sunday, February 11.

NFL matches are usually long, drawn out affairs, and the Superbowl is the peak of this. With the halftime show (which this year will include a performance from Usher) and the general ebb and flow of the match, it will last for up to four hours.

Bars and pubs across Manchester will be joining in on the fun, allowing for fans to catch every touchdown and dramatic moment. We’ve rounded up a few spots across the city where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the big game.

Brickhouse Social

The cool hang out spot will have uninterrupted coverage of Superbowl LVIII across all three floors. Doors will open at 8pm and features of a night here include half-time pizza, DJs and free pool. To get booked up, visit the Brickhouse website.

Hard Rock Café

The ever-popular American-style eatery has a wide variety of their famous favourites on the menu between 9pm and 11pm. The cafe will also have cheerleaders, themed face painting and their usual selection of drink options. To book your seat, visit OpenTable
