Rick Astley to visit Manchester AO Arena - how to get tickets and presale information

Rick Astley has announced a UK tour next year with a stop at Manchester’s AO Arena. The 80s pop star is most known for his hit ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’ which has seen the singer sell over 40 million records worldwide during his 30 year career.

Astley took to his social media on Tuesday (June 20) morning to announce that alongside the release of his new single ‘Dippin’ My Feet’ that he will also be embarking on a UK tour.  The pop star reached global success with his now highly meme’d song ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’ which has had over 1.2 billion views on YouTube alone.

Back in 2016, Rick Astley released his hit album ‘50’ which sold over 300,000 copies and became one of the biggest-selling releases of that year. His last album ‘The Best of Me’ was released in 2019, which included original tracks as well as some reimagined versions, including a new version of ‘Never Gonna Give Me Up’.

Presale tickets for Rick Astley’s Manchester date will go on sale on Wednesday, June 21 at 9.30am. The presale event is being held by Three on Ticketmaster.

General sale tickets will go live at 9.30am on Friday, June 23 on the Ticketmaster website.
