Paw Yoga, known for their brilliant and much-loved puppy yoga sessions are now branching further out into the wellness and puppy-related realm with new Puppy Pilates!

They are also offering traditional mat Pilates and Yogalates where you will be accompanied by super cute English Cocker Spaniel puppies.

Puppy Pilates is coming to Manchester | Paw Yoga

Paw Yoga said: “Each class includes 15 minutes of puppy introductions, 30 minutes of instructor-led Pilates or Yogalates, and 15 minutes for cuddles and photos with the pups. All attending puppies are over eight weeks old, vaccinated and from the same household.”

Adding: “Each class lasts one hour, and at the end of every event, the puppies go home with their owners. Throughout the sessions, puppies are provided with sustenance, water and their own comfortable resting space, such as a bed or blanket, if they choose to nap.”

Puppy Pilates will take place on Saturday the 14th of June, followed by Puppy Yogalates (a blend of yoga and Pilates) on Sunday the 15th of June 2025. Make sure you mark your calendars!

The classes build your fitness, reduces stress and helps your balance, all whilst enjoying some puppy love.
