American rock legends Paramore have kicked off their first UK tour since 2018 and will reach Manchester on Tuesday April 18. The band, known for their pop-rock anthems like Still Into You and Misery Business, has been a staple on the alternative scene for more than a decade, and just released their long awaited album This Is Why.
Speaking about the new album with Kerrang in September, singer Hayley Williams said: “We talked about the UK more than we’ve ever talked about it while making this record. We were like really digging up our oldest influences that are from across The Pond. And we were like… every time I would imagine or envision playing a show it was, you know, some festival in the UK or some crowd that we played for in Manchester or something.”
