Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds are backing up their winter arena tour with a series of summer gigs. The outdoor shows will take place in July and August 2024.

As well as performing in London and Cardiff, NGHFB will also have one Greater Manchester show. The band will take to the stage at Wigan’s Robin Park Arena on Thursday July 18.

As with all Noel Gallagher gigs, fans can look forward to a blend of Oasis tracks and a selection of NGHFB’s deep catalogue of tunes. The band's most recent album, titled ‘Council Skies’, was released in 2023.

‘Council Skies’ has been described as "his best post-Oasis album” by MOJO (making the magazine’s Top 20 Albums Of The Year), “his most personal album in decades” by The Big Issue, "Noel hits his solo stride" by UNCUT and "some of the best songs of his post-Oasis career" by Rolling Stone UK. Record Collector awarded Council Skies their Album Of The Month, declaring it “exactly the album Gallagher should be making to remind people how good he can be”.

The Robin Park gig also comes following another outdoor Manchester gig for NGHFB. The band headlined an all day event at Wythenshawe Park earlier this year.
