Rock band Nine Inch Nails have announced an additional three shows in the UK, which will complete the band’s UK and European tour.

The tour will feature the band’s two most recent albums, ‘Ghosts V: Together’ and ‘Ghosts VI: Locusts in 2020’.

When are Nine Inch Nails performing?

The band are performing for one night only in Manchester at the O2 Apollo on June 20, 2022.

The band had already confirmed UK performances, and are set to perform headline shows this summer at the Eden Project in Cornwall as well as performances in Glasgow and London.

The tour kicks off in the United States on April 28 at the Red Hat Amphitheatre in North Carolina before heading off to Atlanta, Franklin, Berkeley, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Cleveland and more.

The band will be heading back to Los Angeles in September to headline the Primavera Sound along with British band, the Arctic Monkeys.

For their Manchester show, Nine Inch Nails will be supported by Yves Tumor.

How do I get tickets?

Presale tickets for the band’s show in Manchester are yet to open.

You can get tickets via O2 priority and the artist presale on Wednesday, March 23 at 10am and ends on Friday, March 25 at 9am.

The tickets are set to go on general sale on Friday, March 25 at 10am, and can be purchased from Ticketmaster.

What songs are expected to be performed?

The tour comes two years after their latest albums were both released in 2020, and it is expected the performances will heavily feature songs from the albums.

The songs on Ghosts V: Together are: Letting Go While Holding On, Together, Out In The Open, With Faith, Apart, Your Touch, Hope We Can Again and Still Right Here.

Ghosts VI: Locusts: The Cursed Clock, Around Every Corner, The Worriment Waltz, Run Like Hell, When It Happens (Don’t Mind Me), Another Crashed Car, Temp Fix, Trust Fades, A Really Bad Night, Your New Normal, Just Breathe, Right Behind You, Turn This Off Please, So Tired and Almost Dawn.

The band could also play some of their highly regarded classics, such as Every Day is Exactly The Same and Only.

Who are Nine Inch Nails?

Nine Inch Nails is an industrial rock band from the United States that was formed back in 1988.

Trent Reznor, who formed the band, was the only permanent member of the group until 2016, when Atticus Ross permanently joined.The band has enjoyed good success, and even collaborated with Marilyn Manson in the earlier years.

Their song, titled ‘Something I Can Never Have’ was used in the world renowned movie ‘Natural Born Killers’.

Nine Inch Nails have also sold an estimated 20 million records worldwide and have been nominated for multiple Grammy Awards, winning a prestigious award twice.

The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2020. Iggy Pop gave the band an induction speech, and compared them to the likes of Bob Dylan and Nirvana.
