Nickelback announce AO Arena date on 2024 UK tour- and a support act from Manchester will be joining them

Iconic rock band Nickelback have announced a huge UK tour. The band teased the tour announcement by taking to social media to say they had “renewed their passports”.
Amongst the UK dates is one at Manchester’s AO Arena. Nickelback come to Manchester on May 20 2024, the second of four UK dates before heading into Europe.

Hide AdThe ‘Get Rollin’ tour is in support of their 10th studio album which shares the same name. The album was released in November 2022 and the AO Arena date is part of the extensive world tour which has followed.
Nickelback are 2023 Canadian Music Hall of Fame recipients and a Diamond-certified selling group. They were named the “most successful rock band of the decade” by Billboard in 2009. Globally celebrated for their career defining and award-winning hits “How You Remind Me,” “Photograph,” “Far Away,” and “Rockstar,” and more, the four-piece comprised of Chad Kroeger, Ryan Peake, Mike Kroeger, and Daniel Adair is one of the most commercially viable and important acts of the past two decades.
Nickelback support act for May 2023 UK tour
Supporting Nickelback on the UK and European shows, including at the AO Arena, is the band Lottery Winners. Hailing from Leigh in Greater Manchester, Lottery Winners topped the UK album charts with their fifth studio album Anxiety Replacement Therapy.
The band are one at the top of their game, and the summer was a huge one for them. They had a huge summer playing festival stages including four slots at Glastonbury and are currently on their biggest ever UK tour, finishing at a sold out Manchester Apollo this December.

A range of pre-sale windows are open through this week, including a LiveNation window which opens at 10am on Thursday November 30. General sale then gets underway at 10am on Friday December 1, and tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster or LiveNation.
