Manchester’s multi-venue festival returns this Saturday - with bands playing across the city centre.

Neighbourhood Festival has fast become a big event on the Manchester social calendar. The event is a festival with a twist, with more than 10 venues hosting music across the day.

It may not feel like festival season, but Neighbourhood is one that showcases some of Manchester’s brilliant music venues. Most of these are located around Oxford Road, making getting around pretty easy.

The festival takes place on Saturday October 5, and tickets are still available through Ticketmaster. Ahead of the big day, we’ve rounded up some of the key information you need to know.

Where is the wristband exchange for Neighbourhood Festival 2024?

Upon arrival fans are asked to go to get tickets scanned in exchange for a wristband. This will get you into all the venues that are hosting the festival. The exchange is at the Circle Square Reception in Symphony Park, which is an eight-minute walk from St Peter’s Square.

What is the line-up for Neighbourhood Festival 2024?

The full line-up is now out, and more than 100 acts are taking to stages across Manchester. Local act Pale Waves are headlining the festival, with another Manchester outfit Corella also performing.

Both of these perform at Manchester Academy 1, with Corella playing at 8pm and Pale Waves at 9pm. Other acts set to perform include Red Rum Club, Seb Lowe, Brooke Combe and The Royston Club. The full line-up can be found on the festival website.

How can I get to Neighbourhood Festival 2024?

The festival venues are located around Manchester city centre, with many located on or near Oxford Road. Oxford Road train station is a few minutes walk from many of the venues, and Piccadilly Station is around a 12 minute walk to the wristband pick up.

In terms of Metrolink, St Peter’s Square is an eight minute walk away from the wristband pick up. This will be the closest Metrolink stop, followed by Deansgate-Castlefield.
