Manchester Marathon 2023: Hour by hour Met Office weather forecast - including temperatures

One of the biggest events on the Manchester calendar is here. Runners and spectators will be hitting the streets of the city for the 2023 Manchester Marathon.

Everything is in place for the event, with many roads closed throughout the city to ensure the safety of all involved. Start and arrival times have also been confirmed by race organisers.

As the old saying goes, you can plan for everything but the weather. Although this may be true, you can get a good idea by checking out detailed forecasts.

Often cloudy but dry to start with the best of any brightness mainly in the west. Cloud soon breaking up during the afternoon to give some sunny spells and remaining largely dry. Feeling pleasant in the sunshine with light winds. Maximum temperature 14 °C.

Remaining dry this evening with some late evening sunshine. Turning somewhat cloudier overnight from the west and staying frost free. Minimum temperature 6 °C.

Rather cloudy with perhaps some light rain and drizzle in the far west and over the hills. Some brightness in the afternoon. Feeling warm with light winds. Maximum temperature 14 °C.
