Glastonbury Festival is coming around soon, with plenty of Manchester influence
Glastonbury Festival is coming up fast, and thousands of people will soon descend on Worthy Farm in Somerset. Amongst the many great acts on the bill are several from in and around Manchester.
Manchester’s influence on music has been well documented over the years, and the region’s representatives at this year’s Glastonbury is evidence that this will carry on for years to come. The festival has sold out, however, you’ll be able to follow the coverage on BBC.
Ahead of the next big instalment in the UK festival scene, we’ve taken a look at the Manchester acts who will be taking their sound to Glastonbury later this month.
Glastonbury Festival 2023 runs from 21 to 25 June. The full line-up can be viewed on the official festival website.
