Kiss are bringing their End of the Road tour to Manchester’s AO Arena as part of their farewell tour. The American rock band will say goodbye to Manchester fans following a successful 50 year career on July 7.

Initially, the band’s retirement was announced in 2000, so the End of the Road tour will conclude one of the longest farewells in musical history. Since starting out in 1973, Kiss has become one of the greatest rock bands out there and continues to wow crowds around the world.

The End of the World tour was scheduled to take place in 2021 but was postponed due to the pandemic. Kiss, made up of current members Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer, returned to the UK in 2022 to headline Download Festival, performing hits including Detroit Rock City and Do You Love Me.

But what time will Kiss start their gig in Manchester and what songs will they play? Here is everything you need to know ahead of the big show on July 7.

According to AO Arena, doors will open to the event at 6pm, with the event starting at 7.30pm. It is recommended to come to the arena early to ensure you don’t miss out on the show.

Kiss will be joined by support acts Wild Things and Skindred at the Manchester gig.

AO Arena parking

If you are planning on getting to AO Arena by car, CitiPark provides an on-site car park with 958 spaces. During the event, the car park is manned by the events team ensuring parking goes smoothly throughout the night.

If you don’t want to drive in the city centre, there are several Park and Ride facilities that will take you to the arena. The following Park and Ride facilities are free to use with a valid Metrolink ticket and will take you to AO Arena:

  • West of Manchester, Ladywell, 250 spaces (Pilgrims Way, Salford, M50 1AW) – 25-minute journey to city centre
  • South of Manchester, Hollinwood, 202 spaces (Hudson Street, Failsworth, OL9 7LG) – 20-minute journey time to city centre
  • East of Manchester, Ashton Moss, 200 spaces (Alexandria Drive, Ashton, OL6 7UB) – 30-minute journey time to city centre
  • South of Manchester, Sale Water Park, 316 spaces (Rifle Road, Sale, M33 2LX) – 25-minute journey time to city centre
