Former England lioness and Manchester City Women footballer, Jill Scott has reportedly signed up for this year’s I’m a Celeb series. Speculation has been circulating as excited fans try to guess who could be entering the I’m a Celeb jungle in November, following a host of famous celebs spotted venturing over to Australia.

Celebrities including Corrie actress Sue Cleaver, Chris Moyles, and Love Island star Olivia Attwood have been papped arriving at Brisbane Airport this earlier week and Jill Scott is just one of the most recent famous faces to have been seen. The stars will be gearing up to take on the much-loved challenges and put themselves to the test in the Australian jungle.

The Former England footballer was seen wearing casual attire as she landed on Thursday morning after the 24-hour flight. It is suspected that she will start her week-long quarantine in a hotel before the series begins on Sunday November 6.

Who is Jill Scott

35-year-old Jill Scott has played for clubs like Manchester City, Sunderland and Everton as well as representing England at different age levels. Jill was awarded an MBE in the Queen’s 2020 New Year Honours list in recognition of her service to women’s football, before competing in this year’s Women’s World Cup where England won.

Following the Lioness’s iconic win, Jill announced her retirement from the sport earlier this year and became England’s second-most capped international footballer (both men and women).

When does ITV I’m A Celebrity...Get Me out of here! start

The series is due to start on Sunday, November 6, but ITV is yet to confirm a full list of contestants.
