Residing in Manchester, it’s hard to not like football, due to the city being home to two of English Football’s biggest clubs, Manchester City and Manchester United.

Manchester Day 2022 conveniently falls on the day of Father’s Day this year, and it is a free event that celebrates the culture, diversity and creativity of the city.

As well as that, there are parades and displays taking place throughout the city, for one day only.

This Manchester Day is set to be the biggest and best one yet after a two-year hiatus, and will take place in the Piccadilly Gardens.

Their official website also states: “There will be special pop-up events across the city centre from 11am–5pm, including live entertainment, free family activities, markets and street food.”

Pop icon Adam Ant returns to The Bridgewater Hall with his brand new tour, with the 67-year-old part of most dads’ generations, as he had 10 UK top ten hits from 1980 to 1983, including three UK number one singles.

This show has been rescheduled from February, with tickets from that show still valid.

Tickets are still available for the performance, and can be purchased on the official Bridgewater Hall website.

The support act is due to start at 7:45pm, with the main show predicted to come on at 9pm.
