Fall Out Boy: setlist from band’s last Manchester Arena gig ahead of AO Arena show on ‘So Much For (Dust)’ tour

Fall Out Boy are coming back to Manchester this weekend as they kick off the first English date of the UK and Ireland leg of their ‘So Much For (Dust)’ tour. The band are well established in the world of rock and have been selling out venues around the world for years. 

The gig at AO Arena on October 29 is one which sees the band return to Manchester’s main arena for the first time in five and a half years. March 29 2018 was the last time Fall Out Boy graced the stage of what was then called the Manchester Arena for their ‘MANIA’ tour. 

All in all, Fall Out Boy have performed in Manchester on 10 occasions before this weekend. Whilst several of the more recent appearances were at the AO Arena, they’ve made appearances at several of Manchester’s smaller venues. 

Amongst these is a date at Manchester Academy and two at the Apollo. Earlier this year they performed an intimate gig at Band on the Wall. 

Looking ahead to the gig this Saturday at the AO Arena, we’ve gone back through the years to look at the set list of Fall Out Boy’s last Manchester Arena gig. Tracks included on this are some of their most famous and loved songs. ‘The Phoenix’ was used as the opening track on this tour set list as well as the opening song of the ‘Save Rock and Roll’ tour show at the Arena in 2014.
