American rock band Queens of the Stone Age have had quite the week. Following the start of the European leg of their ‘The End is Nero’ tour, they’ve just been announced as a headliner at Download Festival 2024.

The tour sees them stop off at cities across the UK, with a Manchester date pencilled in. QOTSA will perform at the AO Arena on November 14, and bring their decades-worth of tracks with them.

The band have imprinted themselves on the world of music for years, and caught the attention of fans new and old at last year’s Glastonbury Festival. Their latest album ‘In Times New Roman’ was released earlier this year to plenty of accolades.

Fresh from being announced as one of the three headliners for Download Festival 2024, QOTSA will bring a varied set list to Manchester. For nearly 30 years, they have sold out shows and festivals around the world.
