The popular Manchester attraction based on ‘90s TV gameshow The Crystal Maze is hoping to banish the winter blues by giving people the chance to crack its challenges without breaking the bank.

The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience replicates closely the experience of contestants on the Channel 4 show who gathered as many crystals as they could by playing a series of physical, skill and mental games in zones including Aztec, Medieval and Futuristic before collecting gold tokens in the huge Crystal Dome. And on Blue Monday - typically thought to be the most depressing day of the year - the popular attraction is dispelling the wintry gloom with a cut-price ticket offer.

The immersive experience, which is located near the Science and Industry Museum, give guests the chance to take on both physical and mental tasks against the clock in the attraction’s four themed zones - Medieval, Industrial, Aztec and Futuristic. The more challenges you win, the more crystals you collect, giving you more time at the end in the Crystal Dome which forms both the TV show and the experience’s grand finale.
