The opening date for Co-op Live, Manchester’s newest music venue, is rolling ever closer. The list of acts announced to play is growing almost every week, and with each announcement comes all important ticket sales days.
Many bands and venues in 2023 provide access to pre-sale tickets through the purchasing of merchandise. Buying shirts or pre-ordering an album is a method some use to get fans to register for presale windows.

Hide AdAt Co-op Live, it works a bit different to this and the arena uses the Co-op membership as a way of giving fans presale access. Knowing how to get signed up and ready ahead of the all important date and time is key to reducing the chances of you being left disappointed.
There are six steps provided by Co-op which outline how you can get ready for pre-sale tickets. These are listed below but before you get started you will need to make sure you have a Ticketmaster account and be a Co-op Member- this costs £1 and can be done through the Co-op website.
This week is a big one for Co-op Live in terms of tickets going on sale. Pre-sale tickets will be available for Noah Kahan, Nicki Minaj and Slipknot at 9am on Wednesday December 13 with general sale for all three also getting underway at 9am on Friday December 15.
How to get ready for resale ticket releases at Co-op Live
- Download the Co-op app through either the Apple or Android app stores
- Become a Co-op Member for £1 - you’ll get this back on your next shop at the shop chain
- Go to your phone settings and make sure you have notifications on for the app
- Check in on your Ticketmaster account - you can register one on their website
- Make sure the Co-op app is open before the pre-sale window begins, this will have you ready to join the queue
- Get buying - when you get to the front make sure you are ready to select the price boundary and ticket options in time
