Blossoms at Castlefield Bowl: stage times announced and possible setlist

Stockport band Blossoms are coming to Manchester tonight. The band have a homecoming show of sorts at the city’s Castlefield Bowl outdoor venue. 

The gig is just the latest in a long line of big gigs to take part at the Bowl this summer. These have all been part of the ‘Sounds of the City’ programme. 

Blossoms were a hit at Glastonbury festival, with their own set going down a storm. They also played a set with Lancashire’s finest Rick Astley during which the band and Astley played covers of The Smiths songs. 

Tonight it is the turn of Blossoms, a band that has shot to fame in recent years. With three studio albums and many big festival appearances to their name, they are still a band well and truly on the up.

General admission tickets have sold out for Blossoms at Castlefield Bowl, but there are some avenues which may produce the goods for you. Ticketmaster resale and resale website Twickets are the most likely places people may sell their tickets if they can no longer go.
