He’s a man who needs no introduction, and ex-Manchester United and England star David Beckham is to return to our screens. In a new Netflix documentary, viewers will see some never-before-seen footage of the ex-footballer.
The series, titled simply ‘Beckham’, is set to follow his rise through the footballing ranks to becoming a global star. There will also be interviews with Beckham as well as his family and friends to piece together his story.

Hide AdDavid Beckham is a sportsman who has won the lot in football. He made his senior breakthrough at Man Utd in the 1990s being part of the famous ‘Class of 92’ at Old Trafford.
In 11 years at Old Trafford, he played almost 300 matches and scored over 65 goals. He won plenty of silverware, including being part of the famous treble winning side of the late 1990s.
Over a 13 year period, Beckham played over 100 matches for England and played at several major tournaments. He was a key part of the England set up through what was a frustrating time for the national side.
